My Therapy Approach

I’m a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) therapist, excited to launch my private practice and support clients in navigating life’s challenges. I currently work part-time for the NHS, supporting clients with anxiety disorders and depression.
While I’m newly established as a private practitioner, I bring 12 years of rich experience in social work and psychological interventions, where I’ve honed my skills in helping individuals achieve meaningful change.
My background equips me with a deep understanding of diverse needs, and I’m committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to your unique journey.
My therapy practice is founded on warmth, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude, ensuring a safe space for change.
